The Opportunity

We are growing and looking for a driven consultant to join EY Insourcing Services, based in Malmö. You will be part of a fast-growing team establishing itself in the region, with assignments including roles such as accountant, controller, or accounting manager for our clients.

Responsibilities

As a consultant, you will work on-site with clients and contribute your expertise in accounting and financial management. You will also drive internal projects within EY based on your interests. Our hybrid model allows for flexible work – at the client's office, from home, or from EY's office in the region.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Degree from a university with a focus on economics
• At least two years of experience as an accountant or controller
• Strong knowledge of accounting and practical experience is required
• High proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We also welcome experience in

• Working with larger business systems
• Quickly adapting to new environments and processes, preferably from a previous consulting role
• Contributing to team development through knowledge sharing
